Pictures and videos just got bigger on Twitter. Yesterday, Twitter rolled out some updates to make it easier for users to view photos and videos on profiles and in search results. This is just one more Twitter feature that online publishers can use to extend the reach of their content in a visual way.
First, images and videos shared on Twitter will be bigger than ever, so people can actually see them!

Next time you want to reference a Twitter update that you made or another Twitter user (with a public Twitter profile) published, don’t just retype the text or take a screenshot and add it to your article. Instead, use the handy Embedded Tweets feature from Twitter.
While overall Twitter adoption rates held fairly steady over the past 12 months, that doesn’t mean the popularity of Twitter has reached its plateau. According to data from the Pew Research Center’s Pew Internet and American Life Project, it all depends on who you ask.
